An advertising sales business needed to produce tailored pitch presentations for each advertiser prospect — pulling in audience data, TV viewing stats, and CPM rates. Doing this manually took hours per pitch.

We built a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent that takes basic inputs (brand, sector, campaign goals) and auto-generates a professional, data-driven pitch deck. The agent pulls from a knowledge base covering audience profiles, network stats, and pricing — producing a complete presentation in minutes.

A UK printing company's generic info@ inbox was a bottleneck. Enquiries from different types of customers needed different responses — and finance queries needed to reach the right person. The team was spending significant time each day manually reading, sorting, and drafting replies.

We built a Power Automate flow that monitors the inbox, classifies incoming messages by type, drafts intelligent replies using Copilot, and routes finance-related queries to the correct team via CC. The result: the inbox runs itself, and the team only steps in when it genuinely needs them.
